Since 2003, we have supported facilitators in hosting private retreats in the Sacred Valley, working with large groups and complex itineraries with care and experience. We provide full logistical support—including accommodations, food, transportation, ceremony coordination, licensed guides, tour tickets, and seamless hotel transfers—so you can focus on holding your group. Hubert Jechua is a Cusco native and the founder of Bienvenidos Adventure Travel, with over 15 years of experience guiding travelers through the Sacred Valley. Deeply connected to the land, Hubert is passionate about high-Andean hiking and mountain adventures, and spends his free time exploring the mountains by foot and bike. He works alongside a trusted local team of guides, drivers, cooks, and coordinators who share his commitment to safety, professionalism, and culturally respectful travel, ensuring each journey is well-supported from start to finish.

Yes. All tours include coordinated transfers at the beginning and end of your journey, typically from and to the nearest airport or designated meeting point. Exact details will be shared with you prior to arrival.
